Situated on the Borders of South Indian states of Kerala and Tamil Nadu, Eravikulam National Park is 13 Km drive away from Munnar.
The Park is spread about 97 Sq. Km ofSholas forest and grassland in the Rajamalai Hills is the habitat of “NilgiriTahr”, a Wild Goat. One of the youngest parksestablished to conserve endangered species of NilgiriTahr from extinct. This park is also a shelter for Elephant Gaur, Giant Squirrel, Tiger, Sambar, Leopard, Lion Tailed Macaque and some other species of lizards and snakes.
Blossom International Park

Blossom International park is on the way to Cochin just about 3 Km from Munnar. The garden elegantly decorated with appealing flowers, alluring plants and trees is an ideal location for young couples and kids. Enormous lake within the park offers boating services and separate tracks for cycling and roller-skating are the finest activities to spare a quiet evening with family and children.

Chinnar Wild Sanctuary reached 18 Km from Marayoor and 60 Km from Munnaron SH17 Munnar-Udumalapettarmac, which navigate through the exhilarating deep wild forest of Western Ghats. Its one of the most protected areas of Kerala as its habitat for many Flora and Fauna, Geomorphologic and Ecological features. Giant Grizzle Squirrel, an endangered creature seen only in this spectacular location with Panther, Dotted Deer, Tiger, Sambar Deer, Gaur and more reptiles and about 1000 varieties of plants. 200m lofty Watch Tower lookouts reveal the phenomenal beauty of this unique place.

Walking on patches of green valley around the reservoir is a phenomenal experience.

Tata Tea Museum
Tata Tea Museum

Tata Tea Museum is the place where the process of tea making showcased right from planting a seed to production of tea. Located at the NallathaniEstate 2 Km from Munnar center, the museum portrays the origin and emergence of tea industry in Munnar region.
Dates back from the colonial British India, It displays some of the finest imperial tea processingand other antique machineries including Rotorvane (tea roller), Pelton Wheel, Rail engine wheel and Sundial. Classic bungalow furniture, typewriters, wooden bathtub, magneto phone, iron oven, manual calculators and EPABX of the1909 telephone system are also exhibited in the separate section of the museum.

Pothamedu is just 6 Km drive away from Munnar is another scenic hilltop to relish the glorious views of tea and cardamom plantations. Pinnacle of the pothamedu viewpoint expose a vast range of landscape even for about 60 km of it’s surroundings. Covered off Rough rocky paths and sloped peaks of verdant mountain, this place is ultimate for bush walking, Trekking and hiking.
